More than 40% of Americans say that fall is their favorite season, they love to watch the leaves changing their colors, and they can feel cozy wrapping themselves in warm sweaters and blankets. But not everyone has similar feelings about the fall season. So, what could be the possible reason for feeling anxious during this beautiful yet silent season?
If we talk scientifically, anxiety in autumn increases due to a falling level of serotonin. This hormone is responsible for mood changes, appetite changes, and changes in sleep patterns. One of the main reasons for autumn anxiety is Due to the earth's transitions from summer to fall, daylight decreases as compared to summer which triggers chemical changes in the brain in some people. These chemical changes lead to physical symptoms that include disturbances in sleeping patterns, minor symptoms of depression which naturally increases anxiety

It has been seen that people with weak immunity face so many effects on their bodies such as fever, cold, cough, allergies, and other health issues. So, it will not be completely wrong to say body issues are also one of the reasons for feeling negative emotions.
